Elizabethan portraiture

For my Elizabethan portraiture this one really caught my eyes as there was so much going on in this image. I'm not very sure who the lady in the beautiful grand dress is but by looking at her elaborate dress she was someone very high in status. The dress itself shows that she was a wealthy woman her hair is red, pale skin she looks like the desired Elizabethan woman. The fact she's holding a woman's hand shows friendship, the lady holding the horn with fruits she to me symbolises love,  the horn she is holding containing the fruits to me represents sex and the man who is on his knee with a sword to me that represents loyalty. But behind the door there is this dark shadow I'm not sure if it is the decoration or it was done to symbolise something but to me it symbolises deep desire. I think this image was a woman who was Newly weded or is preparing to be married or it was a portrait for her husband to symbolise thier marriage. Her personality to me she looks like a woman who must be in love, she looks like she is in her twenties. I also noticed she is pointing to herself is she trying to show that she is ready to have kids or she's at that age to get married and have kids. There's a lot from this image but to me it mainly represents love, loyalty, desire and sex.
