Practicing My design

This was my first attempt on my final Makeup look I did this myself as Rachel was unwell and could not make it to class so I decided to practice my own look on myself so I could talk Rachel through it. I did like how it came out but I felt like my first look did not have much of an Elizabethan touch to it but i was in love with my brows and definitely wanted to keep that.

This is my second look I tried to change the look around to make it look more Elizabethan but no matter how many people to me said my eyebrows did not look Elizabethan I was still keeping in those brows because I felt like I wanted to add my own touch to my look and did not want to do the typical look that I saw everyone soing in the class. I dont like to be in the box and play it safe I like to be more daring and want to add my own creativity touch to my makeup look. Rachel first practiced this on me I  was not too sure at the time I wasnt really happy by this look but I was not going to give up.
The same day me and rachel tried the same look but without the brows I was not happy with it I felt like this look was not an orginal look is the same reptative look that people followed and there was not too much contemporary going on. We decided to just try it out to see how it looks and rachel even agreed that she preffered my look more than this boring one above.

After trying out loads of different types to add that contemporary touch I finally figured out what I needed to do to add that Elizabethan touch to it. So tadaa this is my final look rachel practised on me while i went through the look with her at my house we both was really happy with the end resaults of my look and decided this is it. So for this look I kept in my brows added a purple shading to it then there is only foundation on my eyes and in my waterline there us white pencil and white mascara on my lashes. We did the round rosey cheeks like the Elizabethans and used lip tint on my lips instead of lip colour just like the Elizabethans.

I did feel Rachel found it hard to do the winged effect on my brows I wasnt going to change it to make it easier for her. No I wanted her to achieve a new skill and set her a challenge because it will only make her in to a better make-up artist. But I did ask her if she wanted me to change the brows she also refused and said no because she like the fact she had a little challenege and she wanted to get it perfect as the last image shows. I forgot to mention she also flatten my brows with pritt stick.

This journey has been amazing and I am very happy with the end resaults!
